Calling international number

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering is there problems with the top up Airtime services? I recently changed my contract from a PAYG to standard monthly then to this Freestyle one, because I needed an upgrade on my mobile.

Issue is... that I have tried so many methods to “top up” to make a international call but it keeps on saying that I have NO CREDIT. Am I missing something that wasn’t mention in the contract or is this Virgin taking my money of something that it’s false advertised?

It’s been over 2 months to find out answers but it’s repeated results... no credit. I already parted 50 quid to this invisible Airtime service. I’m getting fed up.

Please could anyone help me.

Re: Calling international number

Normally on contract you need to set your spending cap to allow this to happen. If it is set to allowances only or zero you can't make chargeable calls. Mine is set to £20.

You can do it via your online account
