Caller can't hear me

Hi.

since I changed to VirginMedia I have the problem that the caller sometimes can't hear me, but I can hear the caller. it is only when someone else calls me, it does not happen when I call someone.

The wierd thing is there are occasions, when this problem does not occur, it seems to be very randomly.

I have tried to put the sim card into other phones and I experience the same problem, so it is definitely a sim card problem.

Does anyone know any solutions?

Hello and welcome.  Have you recently joined Virgin mobile and if so did you port you number onto Virgin?  Is this just happening in one location?  If I were you call customer services and report this problem as the issue could be anything. 

I myself am experiencing this problem but on incoming and out going calls. 

But you need to report said problem and give a date roughly from when it start acting up to current day.
