Hello.

looking for some help please.

I have recently noticed that my Iphone 6S plus isnt showing the name of the person who is calling me and i have no idea why? it used to and then all of a sudden stopped.

Also, I have tried direct calling but its coming up saying i have no credit and need to top up but im on a monthly contract? 

any idea what could be causing the both issues?

All Sorted.

Apparently all numbers should be saved as +44 not 07 thats is why i cant dial out or see the callers ID hen they contact me
