I am very sorry to hear you have been experiencing some issues when making calls from your mobile phone.
In order for for us to understand the issue and assist further, can you please confirm the following for me?
Have you recently made any changes to your account or received a new SIM?
When making the calls/sending text, does your handset show a signal or 'No service'?
Have you rebooted the handset since the problem started?
If you have not attempted a reboot, can you please try this and let us know if this helps to resolve the issue?
