Call waiting

Hi there

As with many other users on here, I am having some issues with call waiting on my sim.

I contacted customer services who couldn't quite understand the issue and ended up sending me a new sim. The same issue occurs on the new sim too.

When I try to enable call on waiting, the phone says "Failed to read data - something went wrong. Check your sim card or network connection and try again"

I have tried turning on call waiting using both the built in feature on my phone and also by using *43#, both options present an error. I have also tried the sim in a different phone, same issue.

It seems from previous posts that Emma C has made some sort of change on Virgin's side to get the feature to work.

Please could you assist?

Hi ketanc86, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the call waiting, can you try the sim in another phone to see if you are getting the same issue?

 

Can you confirm if all diverts are set to +447458333222?
