Call waiting not working on Google device

Hello, I recently switched to Virgin Mobile SIM, but my Android's call waiting feature (which allows you to see an incoming call while on a phone call) is no longer working on my Google Pixel 6. This happened only after I switched to Virgin; it was fine with my previous network provider. Also, my sibling who uses an iPhone is not experiencing the same issue. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Problem:

• Call waiting does not work on my Google Pixel phone

What I have tried:

• Turning it on in the Phone app settings
• Dialling  *43#
• Resetting my Wifi, mobile & Network

I just tested the feature, and it is still not working. I've also turned the device off and back on (not a restart, just a power off) and it's still not working.

Solution: Get Virgin Media to remove the feature and re-add it to the handset.
