Call issues

My wife can't receive calls to her mobile from landlines. No problem from any mobile network. And no problem calling landlines . Any ideas ? TIA

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that your wife is having with her mobile, has your wife recently ported her number in to Virgin Mobile?

Has she recently had a new sim card from us?
