Call Waiting

Hi There , really cant get call waiting activated and cant find a way to contact customer services by text or chat.  lifes too short for me to make calls and hang on.  Ive called *43# and it says its truned on but its not.

Brilliant Martsi, happy to help and glad to hear this is now resolved 🙂 The old 'turn it off and turn it back on' comes up trumps again !!
