About the SIM card you've received, can I ask whether you previously had a SIM contract with us? I ask because sometimes where, for example a contract is cancelled, we change the SIM to Pay as you Go. At the moment, we're in the process of sending replacement SIMs to all our Mobile customers which may explain the automated SIM.
