CAnnot Login or Re-Register for Mobile Account Online

I have tried unsuccessfully to login or re-register to manage my mobile account online.

I called the service desk but the details they could see matched what I was entering but the 'system' would still not recognise them. 

I was on the phone for over 20 minutes with several call handlers trying to fix the problem but to no avail. Can anyone here help at all please?

Thanks for your post. Apologies for the delay in response and to hear you've been having issues logging in online for your mobile account. Have we since been able to get this resolved for you or are you still having issues? Usually it would be the same telephone word that you set up in order to get in online.
