Cànnot get rid of Voicemail Notification

I've deleted the phone's cache and data but I still have a "New Message" notification despite my deleting it.

What else has to be done to get rid of the message? I'll never listen to another message!

Thanks for posting on our community forum and sorry to hear about the issue with your Voicemail.

If you're able to call from another device and leave a voicemail, then clear this and reboot the phone - does this get rid of the new message notification for you?

I'll get somebody to leave another message, however I have already restarted the phone twice.
