I upgraded my phone a year early yesterday via the online chat and was referred to the team to make the buy out payment but no one came back to me. I have tried again this morning and again waited for ages but no response. Can anyone confirm how this payment is taken?
I was using the online chat and once I had set up the new contracts they tried to link me in with another department to pay the buy out but no one connected even though I left it for a few hours. I still haven’t paid for the buy out on my account but I have my new handsets. Any ideas how this may be resolved?
