All devices has been disconnected. This has been happening for more than a week.
I have reset, switched off and on so many times but no great results. It'll be active sometimes and just won't be internet connection so many times.
Hi @donleuq1 thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised regarding the disconnections.
I've ran some checks and I can't identify any issues with performance, all the power levels, upstream/downstream levels are within specifications so there's no issues we can see at the time of writing.
How are things today for you, have things now settled down?
