I have 4g phone and have 5g contract. Everywhere works fine but just BS1 postcode to start with There is no internet for few people I know having Virgin on 4g and 5g phones with 5g contracts. Is there any restrictions in the city center of Bristol?
Example of the postcode is Bristol City Centre, Bristol BS1 4UB or BS1 4ST. It showing connection to 4g or 5g but you getting message "No Internet connection"
Restarting phone don't help or any advice provided by Q&A.
