I'm trying to create a Virgin Mobile account online. I already have a Virgin Media account which I assumed included my mobile but it doesn't.
When I try to create an account it's asking for an answer to a security question which is blank. I've had my phone for over a year and I ordered it over the phone with Virgin. I don't remember a security question ever being set.

The answer to this question would be the same you would use when calling the team, this can be referred as the password when calling. Are you able to try that to see if it allows access? If not don't worry we can get this sorted over private message.
