Blacklisted phone which has been found

I had reported an iphone as lost. 2 days later it was found and was therefore untagged  by virgin and a new SIM card sent. Since then the phone has stopped working and the new sim is showing as no service. After many messages with virgin, we cannot get phone to work.  Does anyone know how long it takes for a phone to start working once taken off blacklist.  It has been over a week and getting very frustrating.

I'm sorry that your phone is still not working after being removed from the blacklist. I would be happy to investigate this further but to be able to look into and discuss your account further, I would need to take a few details via private message.

I do work for Virgin Media on the forum team, you can check this by clicking on my profile but if you have already got the issues resolved, there would be no need to carry on with the private message.

I am having the same problem. Been nearly 3 weeks and it is still not working. Thinking of leaving virgin after no help
