HI Sarebare89, sorry to hear that you are having issues with the payment to the account. When you check the online account does it show that the payments have been made to what matches on the bank statement?.
Do you have a split contract where you pay for the phone and sim separately?
yes it matches. yea it is a split contract but both payments have come out every month without fail. They are both direct debits and come out the same time each month on the same day (17th of each month)
I haven’t managed to get it resolved yet and I have tried speaking with someone to assure them the payments have come out but it did not work and the problem has happened April, May and June but never happened before.
