Billing issues

So for 3 months in a row, I am receiving text messages saying that the mobile phone payments have been missed.

i have proof from my bank statements and bank that they have come out each time and I’ve tried to speak to someone through text about this but they seem to think it has been missed. 

how do I go about this and stop these text messages please?

HI Sarebare89, sorry to hear that you are having issues with the payment to the account. When you check the online account does it show that the payments have been made to what matches on the bank statement?. 

 

Do you have a split contract where you pay for the phone and sim separately?

Have you managed to get this resolved at all? 

How close to the due date does the bill get paid?

Hi, 

 

yes it matches. 
yea it is a split contract but both payments have come out every month without fail. 
They are both direct debits and come out the same time each month on the same day (17th of each month) 

I haven’t managed to get it resolved yet and I have tried speaking with someone to assure them the payments have come out but it did not work and the problem has happened April, May and June but never happened before.

If payment was missed for the SIM side, your service would have been cut off in a matter of days - not months

yes the Number they are coming from is ‭84744663342‬. 

it is saying that the money that has been missed is for the mobile loan.

The number looks like a scam and would ignore it, if you want to check the the loan then you can contact them on 0345 234 0753. ^Chris

Block the number on your phone.

Funny side of it, if you check the letters on your keypad for that number (84744663342‬).  It spell's "VirginMedia"
