The Virgin Mobile App only shows more expensive deals. Price comparison show better and cheaper deals. Are we allowed to switch to these if we are already a customer? (contract has ended). If so, can we keep the same number?

If you're an existing Virgin Mobile customer and you're looking to discuss upgrade options, I'd recommend calling and speaking with our retentions department by calling 0345 6000 789 (or 789 from a Virgin Mobile handset) who can discuss matters further with you. I'm afraid that we're unable to do any package adjustments from here.
