Being billed twice for SIM

Hello

I'm being billed twice every month for one VM SIM card. My account clearly shows only one phone number.

Is there anyone from VM there who can help, please?

Is this SIM only or does it include a handset? SIM and Handset are billed separately

Really sorry to hear that you're being billed twice, this ins't good. 

I've had a look and it seems as though you've spoken to the team since you posted and things have been sorted.

Hi Emma. Thanks for replying. I've spoken to the team twice since I posted on here. The first time I was told that it was all sorted, then I received an email the next day telling me there'd be a £24 disconnection charge(!) The second time it was escalated to the "fraud" team and I've heard nothing since. So - no, not really sorted at all unfortunately.

I do apologise Richardw1972, 

The disconnection charge email would be automatic however this should have been removed from our end, so nothing to pay. 

I can certainly have a closer look via a personal message and we'll take it from there.
