Bad to diabolical.

My txt messaging stopped working and after following the online help I was told to get a replacement sim which I did this morning by phoning customer care. I received an email saying the sim had been sent and now my current sim has been taken off the network leaving me with a non working phone. What is going on Virgin? It's diabolical service, we all know old sims only stop working when the new one is activated so no silly excuses please. Get my old sim working again please even if its without txt messaging.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

My apologies for the delayed reply and the SIM issue. 

 

It sounds like the replacement was activated immediately when sent, rather than being sent self-activating. Have you received your new SIM? We're not unfortunately able to re-activate an old SIM.
