Back office

You’re customer service staff are shockingly bad! 

I place my order he talks to fast and uses long words, he said if I signed aggrement I’d have it by tomorrow.

no email about this just that my order is on hold.

so I phoned and asked what’s happening. She said ‘ back office ‘ has it ticketed and will phone me in 24/48hrs to go through my card verification 🤷‍♀️ I just done all that with they guy before you. She couldn’t give me telephone number and wouldn’t pass me on to manager. I explained I will be asleep when they phone as I’m working night shifts.

i phoned a different virgin number. She tried selling me a sim only contact. Several times. She said she would have to put threw to sales 😡 where I had to start all over again. At that point I hung up.
