B & O Hi8 head phones

When I ordered my Oppo find X 2 pro I was promised a free set of B & O headphones so I completed the form and sent it to Oppo for it to be authorized but Oppo are saying that they are waiting for Virgin to verify my Order but nothing is happening?

Sorry to hear that Oppo are waiting on proof of purchase to process the offer Skyway. I've had a look at your Mobile account and can see that you've spoken to us since you last posted and the agent has sent off the necessary form for proof of purchase so Oppo can process your claim. Please let us know if there are any issues.

There is a department that looks at such confirmations I'm afraid and we are unable to send them out from here. They will send it in the correct format also. Please be patient with us as we process the document.

Having the same issues as skyway.The team at virgin are saying that it's oppo and vicer versa.Please advice on how to receive.
