Awful mobile phone reception.

Joining in

4 mobile phones in the house, 2 Virgin Mobile, 2 O2. No decent reception between them. Stuck in contracts so can’t even leave and move to a better provider.  Apparently due to insufficient infrastructure nearby. The last text said the issue has been fixed, however, it is no different to before the alleged fix.

Does this happen in multiple locations or just in the home?
