Awful Customer Service - Can someone Help me with Cancellation

I joined Virgin Mobile a few days ago. Spent two days trying to give them a PAC code only to be caught in a circle of pressing one and being cut off in every option tried. Spent today trying to cancel as I am within my cooling off period.
I am now cancelling my direct debit and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction of actually speaking to someone at Virgin so that I can cancel properly.
