Awful Customer Service - Can someone Help me with Cancellation

Hi All

 

I joined Virgin Mobile a few days ago. Spent two days trying to give them a PAC code only to be caught in a circle of pressing one and being cut off in every option tried. Spent today trying to cancel as I am within my cooling off period.

I am now cancelling my direct debit and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction of actually speaking to someone at Virgin so that I can cancel properly.

For such a big company, I am appalled.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

 

Our apologies for any issues you have had with us since joining. 

 

On our community cancelling contracts isn't something we would do. Have you been able to speak with the Retention's team yet concerning the account?

 

If you do wish to remain with us we can look to assist with the PAC code?

Hi Martin

I finally got someone on messenger who arranged my PAC Code transfer. Sadly, it has not happened and I am still paying yourselves and Vodafone.

It's not you, but Virgin Customer Service is appalling. I still can't get speaking with someone no matter how much I try.

I give up. Sorting this is harder than getting divorced, this will probably take two years and the other half a head of grey hairs.
