Awaiting credit check

Hello I recently ordered the new iPhone 12 with virgin mobile. I’m a new customer! But I’m yet to hear anything about the credit check? I’m aware there is a pandemic and you don’t have ALL your staff in at the moment and you’re all very busy with customers. But how do I find out if the credit check passed or failed? I haven’t received any emails or calls  the last emails were the ones saying “there’s only a few more checks between you and the good stuff!” So I was wondering if you could help me please

Have you been able to find out the results of your credit check since you last posted?

 

If not, please could you respond to the private message that i will send over in a few moments and we can get this looked into further.
