Asked to change SIM,now not connected

Got a new SIM card through as virgin mobile updating the network,new SIM in,but won't connect to carrier

Hi @RosiD, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised about your SIM.

Has this been resolved since your post last night? If not, are you able to try a different handset at all? Please let us know.
