The cards are capable of 4G but whether you can get it is down to your tariff.

AFAIK PAYG is only 2G and 3G

That's why then I'm on pay as you go as I buy a jam pack so that's why it's not showing 4g then on my phone

Afraid so. Virgin PAYG has been sort of left to tick along, and with no new PAYG being sold, I can't see a move to 4G

The answer is yes. But if you are paying monthly for a Jam pack you might consider changing providers. I find Jam Pack uncompetitive. 

Another problem with Virgin is contracts are 12 months and need a credit check whereas you can get 30 day rolling elsewhere no credit check

I would move providers but I have 120.00 sat in my pay as u go account

Yes I no its a lot but I've not topped for ages so using the credit to pay each month for the jam pack 

Is there no way of getting a refund
