Hi, thanks for the reply, software if you to date and I’ve removed and replaced SIM whilst phone turned off.

Thanks for coming back to me. Please can you back the phone up completely using iTunes, then do a full factory reset on the handset to see if it fixes things.

if its on a VM contract think twice about sending it back to VM - the horror stories on here are many - broken screens when they were perfectly packed - chipped casing etc etc - all of which will point the finger at you and a charge raised for the repair
