Hi,

Since switching to Virgin mobile on the 13th of January, Streamed Apple Music will play for a few seconds then stop and resume about 30 seconds later. I never had this problem on EE and it’s working fine on WiFi. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone 11 Pro but the problem persists. It plays fine if the music is downloaded. 
can anyone help?

I should add that this is happening even when I have full signal on my phone. From further testing it seems the interruptions are happening at random times during songs.

Are the songs you're playing downloaded to the phone or is it streaming them over data or WiFi?
