Appalling incompetence

To Virgin: I would like to know why you have blocked my phone, leading me to miss two breakfasts whilst on holiday last week (I could not use the alarm function) and I missed the notification of the alteration of my return flight time which caused me huge stress, inconvenience and cost: I have wasted an inordinate amount of time on your demand for a "Network Key"s- trying all online solutions offered. Q: how can I text your so called helpline whilst my phone is blocked...

And no help like me as all the call centres are shut at 6pm ...... it’s about time VM sorted there shop out as at this time customers need more help than ever
