Hi,

Does anyone know if virgin offer any kind of add on package for data etc in the USA?

I've tried contacting them but cant get through 😞 I travel a lot for work and the virgin prices are just extortionate! So much more than other companies. If theres no options i'll just look at moving to Vodafone or similar as they seem very good abroad.

Hi @JamesN22, thanks for your post here in the community.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any bundles for the USA - we do offer free roaming across the EU if this helps for any future trips you have planned but I appreciate not your upcoming one.

I'd recommend if you have an unlocked device, to potentially purchase a local SIM where you can get data allowances, popping this into your handset and putting your Virgin Mobile SIM back in when you return!
