Hi   I've posted before but not had a response i need unfortunately. 

How can I turn off the answering machine   I am getting 7 unwanted calls a day I've blocked bit able to leave messages .

Pls how can I stop the machine its getting really annoying. 

 

I have a Samsung note 9 

 

Pls help

I believe there is a facility to turn it off by going into your online account. 

Or ring 789 and ask them to turn it off 

It has to be done on the system and not the phone.

Hi @Natashaalale76,

I'm really sorry to hear that this is happening for you.
 

As @enlli has advised, if you wish to disable your voicemail service you can do so by signing into your online account, and then from there head to Manage My Services > Voicemail. You should find an option to disable it from there.
