Amazon £25 voucher not received yet

My wife and I joined VM through the Martin Lewis site on 2/5/22 with a £25 Amazon voucher offered after 120 days (through GiftCloud?).

Neither of us have received anything from them. Can you assist please?

When you say your wife and you joined under 2 different contracts, am I correct in guessing you're referring to the mobile side of the business?

As I used a link on the Martin Lewis website I don't know who it is to contact. My wife has an email (I can't find mine now) from VM referring to the voucher being sent by email 120 days after joining and they give the address it will come from as @giftcloud.

As you used the Martin Lawrence site to sign up for the deal we would recommend reaching you to them to enquire about the voucher.

I've started that process off now thanks (with Broadband Choices). There is also 180 days mentioned as the waiting period, so I'm clarifying that.

I can't find the email with my order number (wife has hers), is it possible to obtain that and if so how?
