Since this morning I have had no service. I have restarted the phone but it made no difference. I have checked o2 and ee, there are no problems in my area. I have been out so it’s not a local signal problem. My £2 bill is not due till 18 Nov and it’s on direct debit with my broadband. This is the first month I’ve used this sim but as my bill is not due, what is the problem??
