I’ve lost my security key to log into my credit agreement. I’ve tried ringing but Virgin does everything it can to stop you from talking to someone. Can someone email me the original security key number or reset it please?
I'm sorry you're having problems logging in to your credit agreement due to the security key.
Have you managed to sort this since your post? If not, this should have been emailed to you once you've signed the agreement. If you search your mailbox for "Nostrum", you should be able to locate the details.
There should be two emails relating to this - one with the link to the Nostrum portal, and one containing the security key.
