I have credit on my account and understand I will receive a cheque from Virgin for it. I checked the address on my online account and it is the correct one, however, for some reason, the address on my last bill is a very old one – how can I know where the cheque will be sent to? I'd like to be sure it will be sent to the correct address as I do not have access to the other one. Thanks
