I am the main account holder and I have sim cards for the rest of my family on my account. My youngest son just bought £20 extra data as he ran out. I have his spending cap set at 0. But this doesn't stop him purchasing extra data on his app. How can I stop him buying more data on his app?

I don't think you can.

The spending cap is designed to stop unexpected charges i.e. 'bill shock' by going over allowances without noticing.

It's not designed to stop customer chosen options to extend their data usage through the add-ons.
