I upgraded both my handsets on 16/11/20 and of course got 2 new sims to go with them. I have been unable to activate either of the new Sims and been told twice I would be called back but heard nothing! I also cannot access my online account. Can anyone from virgin do something to help me sort this out?
Alright I've been told once again someone would call me back today and I've heard nothing! How do you expect me to fix this issue if you won't even get back to me, I can't even log in to my account online, and your customer service is hopeless, each time I'm told they are waiting on someone in the back office to look into the issue. Can I get some actual help from anyone?
2 Sims need activating and i would like to be able to access my account.
Had no luck getting them activated or access to my online account sorted, I work Monday to Friday and over the weekend no one seems to be able to help. Been promised 3 times someone would call me back but heard nothing, getting easy to see why people complain about your customer service. Please pop me a message and see if we can sort somthing out.
