Account balance credit

I've been sent a new SIM for my PAYG but shows " SIM not valid " when put into phone. I have £20 credit remaining on my account, has this been transferred to my new SIM so I can put new SIM into another phone ?

Sound like your phone needs unlocking. However you can put your SIM in any unlocked phone. You will still have your balance
