Account Details

Recently bought an iPhone 12 Mini from apple.  Need to change account to show my new phone rather than my previous iPhone 6S (purchased via contract with Virgin) and so that I can get a 5G SIM.

You can't change the phone that shows in your online account - it'll always be the last device you purchased directly from Virgin Mobile. However it doesn't really matter as it won't affect your service.

In regards to the 5G SIM, you have two options. Virgin Mobile are working their way through existing customers and adding 5G to all eligible plans (for compatible devices). If you don't want to wait for that, you can upgrade to a new 5G SIM only plan through Customer Services.
