Account Deactivated!!

Not sure where to go with this one. We have 2 contracts with Virgin and both numbers seem to have been deactivated yesterday. I have called through to the customer service team several times now and been given conflicting information on each occasion. We have without use of any services for around 2 days now and just not getting anywhere. My wife is a carer for her mother and now her mother has no way of contacting her!

We didn't receive any notification of the deactivation and where only notified when we called through customer services. It's totally unacceptable 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Just to add the system states failed migration, the agents on the phone couldn't expand why
