I am currently trying to access my voicemail in Spain and when entering my pin number I get a message saying ' thank you for calling, goodbye ' I then receive a txt message saying someone is trying to access my emails. What can I do to resolve this issue.
To view your voicemails while your abroad you need to make sure you have roaming switched on.
To do this, log in to Your Account and select Plans and devices, choose which phone you want to activate roaming on (if you’ve more than one), then click the Manage my services button. From here you can activate roaming.
If this doesn’t work then try re-entering the PIN CODE, perhaps you are entering it wrong.
If this didn’t work then call the team on +44 7458 333 789 . They should be able to sort something out.
