Accessing my mobile voicemail from abroad - locked out

Hi 

I am currently abroad and tried to access my mobile voicemail , however I hadn’t previously set up a PIN so it has locked me out. Can’t get through to customer services is anyone able to help reset the PIN please

I'm sorry to see that you have been unable to access your voicemail abroad. Usually to reset the pin you can follow the instructions here. However, as you are abroad I will be happy to send you a PM to confirm your details so I can reset this for you.

I have now reset the pin for you, you should shortly receive a text confirming this. Once you get this please follow the instructions to reset this on your end.
