I’m unable to access my lottery account and book tables in bars/restaurants when I’m not connected to my home wifi i.e. anytime using 4G.   Any idea how to resolve this? I

You need to go into your online account via the Web. Turn Parental Controls off, then restart your phone.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with accessing some websites. There's a good chance this would be down to the Parental controls on your account so please follow the advice given to you above by enlli.
