I am abroad, and I am trying to connect to my Virgin Mobile account. But it looks like the country I am in is blocked, and I get an error every time I enter my email and password.
I have a question about my bill as I have been charged for something I do not understand. How can I do that if I cannot get to my account? I do not want to call as the rate is really high.
How can I resolve the issue please?
