Accept an offered mobile plan

Hi there,

I've received a letter from Virgin Media offering me a new mobile plan. To discuss it with VM (i.e. to accept it) they provided a phone number. Calling this number puts me into a massive queue (up to 45 minutes waiting time) which obviously I don't want to be stuck on. Is there no way to just accept the offer (i.e. online or by sending a confirmation code)?

Sadly you would need to call in to accept the offer from the team. 

 

Have you been able to accept this since your post?

maybe I should use the 'I'd like to leave Virgin' option when calling in. Maybe it will accelerate things 😉
