We are abroad and need to set up roaming as we Have no services! 

I can not login to the account as forgot password and requested a new one but they send text with code which obviously with no service I cannot receive! 

Need either a contact number to speak with a person directly or an online person

Just to confirm, what password is it that you are trying to reset? Is this your my VM mobile online account? Are you trying to reset your password as seen here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/billing-and-payments/login-problems ? Hello 

 

It's my virgin mobile online account that I can't get into as can not reset password due to not been  a text message you send and I can't receive phone calls or texts 

 

Is it possible to send a rest link to my email? Or how else can I set up roaming on my device? 

In this case, I will send you a private message regarding this. Please lookout for the purple envelope and provide a response when you can.
