My wife and I have transferred from O2 to Virgin Mobile and we are now abroad and unfortunately did not set up a Voicemail PIN before leaving the U.K. We both have iPhones. Can you please help?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

We're sorry to hear that you were unable to set up Voicemail Pins before leaving the UK. 

In order to do this, you will need to be able to receive text messages as this gets sent to you in that form. 

I will also need to confirm some information with you to allow me to access the systems and get the PIN's requested. I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
