Abroad (USA) - Need to verify SIM

Hi,

I am currently in America, but in order to use my app or change any of my settings, the Virgin Mobile app is requiring me to verify my SIM (for some reason).

To do this I will need to use 3G/4G, which will incur a cost.

Similarly, the website is also asking me to call the team, which, again, will incur a significant cost due to my being in the USA.

if its a new sim you can only activate it when in the UK. What is it you are trying to activate? is it a new sim

No it's a contract service I've been on for over a year; I've been in the USA for a couple months which may be what has caused this.

 

It's demanding I re-verify.
